With a robust background in Client Relations, Partnership Relations, and Policy Advocacy, she excels in leading policy development, monitoring policy developments, providing strategic advice, and drafting advocacy materials. Her role involves engaging with stakeholders to advance the organization’s policy goals and fostering impactful policies and sustainable partnerships.

Edith holds a degree in International Relations and Security Studies, giving her a unique perspective on policy and stakeholder engagement. She has over three years of experience in CX strategy, partnerships, policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
Prior to this, Edith held a Client Relations Position at DeepAfrica Limited, where she developed CX strategies, analyzed customer feedback, and collaborated cross-functionally to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Her tenure at Ipsos Kenya as a CX Supervisor and CX Executive further honed her skills in client relations & satisfaction, data analysis, and cross-departmental collaboration.
